Filip Matovina

Filip Matovina (aka Fil Fury) is a part of the Toronto based Hip-Hop/Breaking crew F.A.M. (Free Art Movement). The F.A.M. has been an active member in the Canadian Hip-Hop scene since 2005. As a crew the F.A.M. has been recognized as one of Canada's top Breaking crews earning that reputation by winning prestigious competitions across the nation as well as representing Canada in competitions in the USA, Korea, Columbia and China. As an individual Filip has earned the respect of his peers across Canada by actively contributing to the Hip-Hop scene through organizing Breaking events, choreographing and performing theatre shows, youth and charity support through the arts and by winning numerous competitions across the country. He has received training and influence from numerous world renowned Toronto based Hip-Hop crews (Bag of trx, Boogie Bratz etc), adapting the unique styles developed by some of the great innovators from the city.
