Dancing and performing since the age of 5, Nayo began her career withballet, Afro-Caribbean dance/drumming and gymnastics classes. Discovering her passionfor gymnastics she trained competitively for 8 years eventually arrivingat the national level. Throughout her gymnastics career, she trained inballet weekly to augment her skills as a gymnast. At the end of hergymnastics career, Nayo studied Acro, Jazz and Ballet at Danceology.Dancing from then until present, Gotta Dance allows her to share herlove for dance and working with kids of all ages
