KINDERDANCE CAMP

Our Kinderdance Summer Camp is a space for the little ones to enjoy the freedom of creative movement while learning primary dance techniques. We've designed a half day program full of dance choreography, games, improvisation, gymnastics and arts and crafts to keep them moving their bodies and creative minds. At the end of the week, students present their routines to friends and family through a presentation at the studio.

DANCE CAMP, ALL STYLES - HALF/FULL DAY

9:00am - 1:15pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Ages:

6-14

Our Gotta Dance Camp is designed for students to enjoy a full day exploration of diverse dance genres. Including Hip Hop, Breakdance, Jazz, Tumbling, Acrobatics and more. This summer camp creates an exciting environment for dancers to explore more of their creativity and discover new possibilities in movement. Throughout the week, students will learn through technique work, creative exercises and choreography sessions culminating in a studio presentation where they can share their new moves with friends and family!

Early drop-off (8am-9am) and late pick-up (5pm-6pm) available

COMPETITIVE - INTENSIVE WEEK

4 hours/day

Welcome to Gotta Dance's inaugural Summer Intensive Week! Unlike previous summer camps, this program focuses on 20 hours of concentrated dance training, with sessions spanning 4 hours each day. A dedicated team of specialized dance instructors and guest choreographers will guide through rigorous skill and technique development within Gotta Dance's nurturing atmosphere. Classes throughout the week will encompass Acro, Contemporary, Tap, and specialized workshops exploring diverse dance genres. This program is designed for our competitive level dancers but open to intermediate-advanced students from outside the studio with permission.

This program is designed for our competitive level dancers but open to intermediate-advanced students from outside the studio with permission.

COMPETITIVE - BALLET INTENSIVE

Join Gotta Dance's Ballet Intensive 3-day course! This course is designed for dancers seeking to elevate their technique, artistry, and performance skills. The course will offer rigorous training under the guidance of our knowledgeable ballet instructors.

March Break Camps

Gotta Dance Camp - Half/Full Day

6-10

Schedule:

9am - 12pm/9am - 4pm

Our Gotta Dance Jr. themed Camp is designed for dancers aged 6 to 10 to enjoy a half or full day exploration of diverse dance genres including Hip Hop, Jazz, Lyrical, Tumbling and Acrobatics. This camp is a favourite as it creates an exciting environment for dancers to discover new ways to use their bodies.

Early drop-off (8am-9am) and late pick-up (4pm-5pm) available.

FAQs

What should my dancer bring?

Water bottle for hydration.
Comfortable dance attire and appropriate dance shoes, such as ballet/jazz shoes and sneakers. These items are available for purchase at our studio.
Please bring nutritious food and snacks for the day. There will be a lunch and snack break.
On Fridays, we have pizza lunch for the students!

Do you have early drop-off and late pick-up available?

Early drop off is available from 8am to 9am and late pick-up is available from 4pm to 6pm. There is an extra charge of $10 per hour for this service. Supervision includes non-programmed activity time with games, however books are encouraged. Please note this fee is not included in the Camp fees and will be charged separately the week of camp.

Where is your studio located and is there parking available?

Our studio is located in Toronto at the intersection of Jane St. and Dundas St. There is ample parking available on site.
