Our Adult classes are lead by GDI Teaching Staff who are not only experienced facilitators but also immersed in the professional dance world. They bring authenticity and well founded knowledge into every class. Whether you are new to dance or returning, in our Adult Classes you will learn fundamental technique and get a sweat in, all while having a great time!
